A Landmark Acquisition in Oman
In a major move that underscores Senzone’s regional ambitions, the group has successfully acquired Capital Store, Oman’s leading luxury beauty distributor. Founded in 1958 by the Jawad Sultan Group, Capital Store holds nearly 65% market share in Oman’s high-end beauty market and boasts a strong retail footprint across the country.
This acquisition not only cements Senzone’s position as a market leader in Oman, but also aligns with the group’s broader strategy of strengthening its presence in fast-growing markets across the GCC.

Strategic Partnerships with Global Beauty Powerhouses
Senzone has also signed a landmark distribution agreement with Interparfum Inc., securing the rights to distribute the majority of its prestigious brands across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, along with the full portfolio in Oman. This partnership represents a major step forward in bringing world-class fragrance and beauty brands to consumers in the region through both retail and e-commerce channels.
Building on this momentum, Senzone has forged an exclusive collaboration with Give Back Beauty, gaining rights to distribute acclaimed brands such as Chopard, Elie Saab, and Tommy Hilfiger in Oman, and select territories in UAE and KSA.
Further strengthening its portfolio, Senzone recently partnered with EuroItalia, through their Middle East representative Beauty Prestige, to manage the distribution of EuroItalia’s full suite of luxury brands in Oman and the majority in Saudi Arabia.
The Vision for the Future
Since the appointment of Mr. Qais Sabri as Regional CEO in early 2024—bringing with him deep industry expertise and experience at LVMH—Senzone has accelerated its strategic roadmap. The group has also acquired Glitter World, a leading travel retail distributor of niche luxury beauty brands, with a presence in 25 airports and airlines across the region.
Looking ahead, Senzone has ambitious plans to launch 10 luxury niche boutiques under the brand “Oditio” over the next three years, targeting key locations across the GCC. These boutiques will offer curated beauty experiences that cater to the region’s growing demand for high-end, exclusive products.
