UAE, Dubai June 3rd, 2025: The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), in collaboration with Emirates Health Services, Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, Dubai Health Authority, and Dubai Health, has launched a coordinated health campaign to support pilgrims at key airports across the country, as part of the national awareness drive under the theme “Safe Healthy Hajj.”
The campaign targeted Dubai International Airport, Sharjah International Airport, and Zayed International Airport, where dedicated medical and educational teams have been stationed in departure halls to offer free health check-ups, preventive advice, and medical assistance to outbound pilgrims.
As part of the campaign, pilgrims were provided with essential health services, including required vaccinations to protect against infectious diseases and free medical check-ups such as blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, particularly for individuals with chronic conditions, the elderly, and pregnant women.

To help prevent heat exhaustion and physical strain during travel, pilgrims also received medical advice and guidance. Medical teams accompanying Hajj missions were equipped with medications and offered on-site consultations. In addition, awareness brochures were distributed, and educational videos were shared through digital platforms to further support pilgrims’ well-being.
The Ministry of Health and Prevention stressed that the health and safety of pilgrims is a national priority, urging all pilgrims to adhere to health guidelines and seek assistance from medical teams if needed. The Ministry wished all pilgrims a blessed pilgrimage, safe travels, and a smooth return home.
