HKTDC presents seven mega lifestyle events in April

Global exhibitors to showcase creative designs with new pavilion focusing on gerontech

3 April 2025 – The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is hosting five major trade fairs, the Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair, Home InStyle, Fashion InStyle, Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair and DeLuxe PrintPack Hong Kong, from 27 to 30 April, while the Hong Kong International Licensing Show and Asian Licensing Conference will run from 28 to 30 April. The seven mega events will showcase the latest designs in home products, fashion, gifts, printing and packaging as well as exploring the world of licensing projects and brands. A press conference will be held next Thursday (10 April) to unveil highlights and provide media with a preview of the exhibitions and conference.

The seven events will showcase cultural and creative designs and functional products from around the world, with a focus on addressing current market trends. The silver economy is an area of growing interest, and Home InStyle will feature the new Gerontech Living Pavilion showcasing lifestyle products for the elderly. The Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair, Fashion InStyle and other fairs will present sustainable products and new materials, providing buyers with diverse choices that meet the needs of consumers.

Riding on the recent “panda economy” boom, the Hong Kong International Licensing Show will feature more than 30 panda-themed intellectual properties (IPs) as well as welcoming two first-time participants – the Egyptian Museum and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization – to showcase IPs related to Egyptian history and culture. The Asian Licensing Conference will invite industry leaders to explore key topics including the latest developments in global licensing, how historical IPs balances their rich heritage in a changing market, technology applications in immersive art, and sustainability in licensing.

Two exhibitions – the Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair and DeLuxe PrintPack Hong Kong  – will be held at AsiaWorld-Expo, while the other five events will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai.
