For the entire month of Ramadan, Roberto’s will play host to renowned guest Chef Ammar Al-Ekili who, along with Chef Giovanni Cortese, have joined forces to create an entirely unique and bespoke menu. Each bringing the very best of their respective cuisines, Chef Ammar and Chef Giovanni collaboratively created an Arab-Italian menu that highlights authentic Italian dishes but with a Middle Eastern twist.
Roberto’s DIFC is the ideal iconic restaurant where an instance of cultural culinary exchange and a fascination with new flavours, textures and techniques, is incredibly celebrated by the creation of a one-of-a-kind exclusive menu. At the helm, Chef Ammar and Chef Giovanni, not only crafted the menu together but jointly entered the kitchen to ensure the collaborative nature of Roberto’s exceptional menu, available only during Ramadan.
In addition, this Ramadan, Roberto’s will extend its opening hours till 3AM and, during the daytime, food is still served.
And finally, Roberto’s Catering at Home or At Sea’s Iftar menu is at AED 500 per person (with all taxes included) with a minimum requirement of 8 people for a booking. This particular Iftar menu comes with multiple selection preferences ranging from Middle Eastern Mezze and salads to a charcoal grill selection of Agnello (herb marinated Lamb chops), Kofta and Filetto (Angus Beef tenderloin).
