Luigia Creates Special Dishes to Celebrate Easter

Savor traditional Italian cuisine with family and friends from April 1 to 5

Award-winning Italian restaurant Luigia, located at the Rixos Premium in JBR, is creating special dishes to celebrate Pasqua or Easter, one of the most important holidays of the year.

Easter is both a solemn and joyous affair and since it signifies the end of the Lenten season, food plays a big part in the celebration. The chef at Luigia has created signature dishes that bring the taste of Italian Easter dinner to the tables of its customers.

From Tuesday April 1st to Monday April 5th, guest can order the Carciofi in Insalata, olio, Limone e scaglie di Parmigiano (Artichoke salad with citronette and parmesan cheese), Linguine ai carciofi e gamberi rossi di mazara del vallo (Linguine with artichokes and Sicilian red prawns), Abbacchio alla romana con patate al forno (traditional roasted lamb with potatoes) and the tempting Pastiera napoletana (traditional Neapolitan ricotta cake). The dishes will be added to Luigia’s already extensive menu of authentic Italian cuisine.
