Guests can dazzle their taste buds with an exceptional selection of dishes, all created with an innovative touch, including the “Andean” Chicken Soup, a heart-warming chicken broth packed with a range of flavours and beautiful textures and King Fish Tostones, a delicious creation using local king fish, cooked ‘al mojo’ (with garlic) and served with lemon mayo and fried unripe plantains, smashed and double fried.
Guests are also encouraged to try the Caribbean “Fish and Chips”, a unique spin on the well-loved British dish prepared with whole red snapper fillet, fried in the tastiest batter, and served with crisp tostones and mango slaw, as well as the Josper Beef Picanha, a succulent steak cut and cooked to perfection and served with clarified butter chimichurri.
MasterChef, the TV Experience, invites guests to explore curiosities with the Mystery Box, relish in all new dishes by Head Chef Margarita and her team, and taste the world-renowned dishes that were created and embedded in television folklore. Speaking of the new menu and Mystery Box experience, she said, ‘MasterChef is the perfect place in Dubai for guests to step out of their comfort zone and try eclectic food, in an approachable way. We use familiar ingredients, in an unconventional way, ensuring we stay true to the brands ethos of ‘the extraordinary from the ordinary. For every guest that dines at the restaurant, we want them to get a feel for adventure, which is why we’ve refreshed the Mystery Box ensuring it is readily available daily”.
She continues, “For the new menu, a lot of the inspiration follows my own life experience and journey as a chef. I grew up in Venezuela where I discovered my love of cooking and took a large part of my inspiration from. Over the years in the industry, I have incorporated French, Asian and Middle East flavours into my repertoire which can clearly be seen in this new menu and refreshed Mystery Box concept”.
