arrives in Dubai
It’s a good week for food lovers! Mr. François Vouillamoz, the current owner of the original Entrecôte Café de Paris Chez Boubier 1930 restaurant in Geneva is in Dubai and we can’t be more thrilled.
Mr. Vouillamoz is the only person in the world who holds the secret of the “Café de Paris” sauce as it was originated in 1930 by Chef Boubier and he blends it discretely at his kitchen laboratory underneath his restaurant in Geneva.
“Toujours Imitée, Jamais Egalée”, meaning “always imitated, never equaled” is the motto behind our original Entrecôte Café de Paris. After years of success offering a single menu formula consisting of a Green Salad, 180 grams of Entrecôte Steak with “Café de Paris” sauce and homemade French Fries, many restaurateurs around the world tried to imitate this set formula and the “Café de Paris” sauce but never equaled the same distinctive taste and texture.
During his visit, Mr. François Vouillamoz plans to spend his stay exploring the hidden gems of the city along with his family.
