Each of the dishes represents the playful yet elegant spirit of Greece, incorporating fresh, light ingredients, promising to transport guests to the shores of the Athenian Riviera.
Guests are invited to discover a plethora of flavours, perfect for laid-back lunches or elegant evenings in the glamourous and Athenian-inspired interiors. Starters include Seabass Ceviche; freshly caught and topped with yuzu pearls, ponzu and lemon, and creamy Milos Cheese Pies; feta and cream cheese encrusted in homemade pastry.
Mains feature a revitalized option for every palate, including a modern take on the traditional oven baked pizza, Spanakopita Pizza; a grilled pizza base topped with spinach, leeks, fresh herbs and graviera, and Short Rib Stifado; slow-braised beef short rib with confit garlic mash. Perfect for sharing, the menu also features the Moschari Schnitzel; an impressive 500G crumbed veal chop served with herbed mash, roasted tomato, crispy capers and a red & yellow tomato salsa, and Baked Orzo & Seafood; topped with fresh tiger prawns, calamari and octopus tentacle in a prawn bisque.
