The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, in collaboration with the Dubai Real Estate Institute, has organized a remote “Real Estate Professional Diploma” via Zoom Video Conference technology.
H.E Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, said the Diploma is one of the Department’s key programs that spread and promote the real estate culture and knowledge.
“The program proves to have a positive impact on the investment climate in the emirate.”
It provides advanced services based on comprehensive knowledge and scientific methods that link theory with practice, he added.
H.E Hamid Ali Al Abbar, Real Estate Adviser at the Department, said the course prepares the participants to professionally handle all potential real estate issues and disputes, and be aware of the requisite procedures to efficiently deal with them.
“It provides the trainees with the skills and techniques required in the real estate market, and enlightens them about the procedures adopted by the government real estate departments, the real estate market obstacles and how to overcome them, along with all the real estate evaluation skills.”
The participants are also trained to follow the necessary scientific tools and methods for real estate evaluation, the principles of management, brokerage, leasing, let alone the relevant laws in the emirate. “
