February 2020 – Dubai, United Arab Emirates –The London Project on Bluewaters Island is celebrating the love of delicious food this Valentine’s Day with a four-course menu sure to delight the foodies of Dubai.
For the first course diners can chose between freshly shucked Oysters served with Pink Rhubarb Granita or a selection of three beautifully crafted Canapés. As a second course the offering is either Pan-seared Scallops with Cauliflower, Apple and Pancia Crisps; the classic Steak Tartar or Spiced Cauliflower with Cashews and a Mustard Dipping sauce.
For mains diners can choose the A5 Wagyu Striploin accompanied by Triple Cooked Chips, Portobello Mushroom, Semi-dry Tomatoes served withBéarnaise Sauce or the Butter-poached Lobster Tagliatelle with Crab, Chilli, Orange and Basil and served with 48-month aged Parmesan. For foodies wanting a vegetarian option the Wild Mushroom and Truffle Gnocchi is served with a decadent and creamy Porcini Barre Monte and Slow Cooked Egg.
To finish off the culinary journey is the Chocolate Sharing Plate which features Lava Cake, Honeycomb, Strawberries, Chocolate Dipping Sauce, and Strawberry Sorbet – the sweetest of endings!
